[Case Study] Automotive Parts Manufacturing <Dust Collection>

After inserting the parts, close the cover and use the dust collector for suction! An example of preventing dust from rising and scattering.

We would like to introduce a case study of dust dispersion prevention equipment introduced at the parts input area. In the automotive parts manufacturing process, at the conveyor entrance where parts are fed in, there was a problem of dust adhering to the parts and becoming airborne when they moved on the conveyor. After the introduction of the "CFA-H515" and the opening and closing cover hood, we were able to prevent dust from becoming airborne and dispersing by closing the cover after feeding in the parts and using a dust collector to suction it. 【Case Overview】 ■ Background of Introduction - Dust was becoming airborne when parts moved on the conveyor. ■ Improvement Details - By closing the cover after feeding in the parts and using a dust collector to suction, we were able to prevent dust from becoming airborne and dispersing. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
